RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be unworn/ un-washed with original tags and packaging to be considered. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with the aforementioned guidelines.

Once your order has been placed please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order. Once processed your order will be shipped via USPS via standard shipping (3- 5 business days). Tracking numbers and shipping notifications will be sent once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
All pre-order items will be noted as such on the product page. You will be charged immediately and receive notice on or around the estimated ship once your order has been processed.
All made-to-order items will be usually dispatched within 10 to 15 business days from order placement (or otherwise as per the time-frame stated on the product page for items which may take longer to produce).
Once production is completed, we will proceed with the shipment of your order.
While we do not offer refunds on these items we do offer complimentary alterations.
